Simply copy past the license string in the attached file to
'/usr/local/flexlm/licenses/DL_license.dat'.
To do that become super-user (root) in a shell and change into the
directory:
cd /usr/local/flexlm/licenses
and edit the file DL_license.dat
kedit DL_license.dat
Scroll to the bottom of the file and copy/paste the string in as is. Save
and close the file. |

1- Open a terminal by going to /Applications/Utilities/Terminal
2- Type the following: sudo open -a TextEdit /usr/local/flexlm/licenses/DL_license.dat
3- Input your password when prompted.
4- Copy and paste the license, while respecting the case sensitivity.
5- Remove the old license.
6- Then, in TextEdit menu, go to File/Save, and then quit TextEdit. |
