Technical Support or Licensing help from the Autodesk Subscription Center

First you will need to sign in at http://subscription.autodesk.com/

Then once in click on the My Profile link top right hand side of the page

Once into your Profile - Click on the Subscription Help link

You will be taken to a new page where you can submit support or licensing issues

Its always best to provide as much info as possible
