If Cleaner won’t work try the following – this usually clears out stuck jobs and makes it work again.
Delete any jobs from the Cleaner Monitor queue
Stop the Manager and Server programs
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Backburner\Network\ServerJob
Remove the contents of the above folder
Navigate to C:\ Program Files\Autodesk\Backburner\Network\Jobs
Remove the contents of the above folder
Run Cleaner, and run the empty job. Then stop the job and exit Cleaner.
Check the Task Manager to make sure Cleaner is not running – if it is, end the task.
Start the Manager
Start the Server
Send a small test job (Bars and Tone for instance) and check it’s progress on the Server window.
